charming stay
central location afternoon snacks welcome drink
the location is central, near many attractions. the hotel offered complimentary afternoon snacks (i found this a really sweet touch!). the staff helped with our luggage and provided a welcome drink on arrival.
my room was a bit small. there was little space around the bed, difficult with luggage. i had to move a bench into the bathroom for more walking space. the air conditioner turned off on its own sometimes.

my beautiful room included a jacuzzi (a real treat!). the blackout blinds ensured i slept well each night. the hotel provided cava as a welcome gift, a detail i certainly appreciated.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. julio at reception was particularly accommodating (i really appreciated his help!). the concierge assisted with carrying our bags. the service was very efficient.

small room air conditioner issue
the location was acceptable, close to attractions.
the room was smaller than expected, causing inconvenience with luggage. the air conditioner also had issues, turning off unexpectedly and requiring frequent restarts, i found it quite annoying.

unwelcoming staff recycled food
the location was near major attractions i could walk to.
the staff seemed unwelcoming breakfast and tea staff acted rude. the so-called 'free tea' included recycled food from breakfast. i noticed store-bought items too. the cost did not match the overall quality.

wonderful stay!
central location helpful staff rooftop terrace
the hotel is in a great location close to the cathedral and alcázar. there are many restaurants and shops nearby! the staff was friendly and helpful. i especially loved the views from the rooftop terrace.
the gym was a bit small.

inconsistent amenities and room issues
unavailable bed type inflexible manager
the location was good for seeing local sites it was very central
i was annoyed the room i booked with two separate beds was not available and the reception manager seemed inflexible about making it right i had to deal with fruit flies in the alternative room and felt it wasn't up to the standards of a luxury hotel like this this caused a lot of frustration
