charming stay

the location is central, near many attractions. the hotel offered complimentary afternoon snacks (i found this a really sweet touch!). the staff helped with our luggage and provided a welcome drink on arrival.
my room was a bit small. there was little space around the bed, difficult with luggage. i had to move a bench into the bathroom for more walking space. the air conditioner turned off on its own sometimes.

my beautiful room included a jacuzzi (a real treat!). the blackout blinds ensured i slept well each night. the hotel provided cava as a welcome gift, a detail i certainly appreciated.

the location was near major attractions i could walk to.
the staff seemed unwelcoming breakfast and tea staff acted rude. the so-called 'free tea' included recycled food from breakfast. i noticed store-bought items too. the cost did not match the overall quality.

the hotel is in a great location close to the cathedral and alcázar. there are many restaurants and shops nearby! the staff was friendly and helpful. i especially loved the views from the rooftop terrace.
the gym was a bit small.

the location was acceptable.
The room lacked essential toiletries. The body foam was empty, and there was no razor in the shaving kit (i would have expected better attention to detail). this was quite frustrating, especially when trying to prepare quickly. also, i found it irritating that the hotel didn't fully check all the details before my arrival.

the location was good for seeing local sites it was very central
i was annoyed the room i booked with two separate beds was not available and the reception manager seemed inflexible about making it right i had to deal with fruit flies in the alternative room and felt it wasn't up to the standards of a luxury hotel like this this caused a lot of frustration
